- Avocado, tomato and basil salad. Do not lose detail of the ingredients that you will need to make this refreshing salad: 2 avocados, 3 ripe tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, extra virgin olive oil, the juice of half a lemon and salt. In a few minutes you will have this healthy avocado salad ready that will delight everyone. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Put in a bowl and remove the pulp from the avocados. Cut into cubes and add to the bowl. Add two minced garlic cloves and some fresh basil leaves. As for the dressing, put a little salt together with three tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of one lemon. Stir everything well and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. - Avocado, cheese and honey salad. If you want to taste a wonderful salad made with avocado, burgos cheese and honey, you will need 1 large avocado, 4 small slices of cheese, olive oil, cane honey and flake salt. The recipe does not have any kind of mystery and you must start by heating a little olive oil in a pan. Then you must brown the cheese slices very carefully. Book and go removing the avocado pulp.
